FLAGSHIP ZARANOU PROJECT (90%, EARNING UP TO 100%)

October 2026 MRE:

1.20Moz Au Inferred Mineral Resource (29.0Mt at 1.28g/t Au), up 228% from the previous 364.6koz

  • M’Basso grows to 873koz Au from Skylark’s first systematic RC drilling (85 holes for 15,888m in 2026)
  • M’Basso mineralisation defined over ~2km of strike and to ~200m depth, and still open along strike and at depth
  • Resource established from only a small part of an almost 50km prospective corridor, with ~47km of strike on the Azope-Chiraa shear zone
  • 95% average LeachWELL gold extraction from preliminary testwork on 2026 M’Basso samples
  • 2027 drilling focused on Zaranou Central, targeting extensions at M’Basso, Coffee Bean and Ehuasso and the corridor between them
  • Covers ~287km² on a single licence (Décret 2019-186 PR830), ~110km northeast of Abidjan

Geological Setting

  • Located within the Palaeo-Proterozoic Sunyani-Comoé Basin of the Birimian, part of the West African Craton.
  • Covers ~47km of prospective strike on the regionally significant Azope-Chiraa shear zone and associated structural trends.
  • Gold mineralisation is structurally controlled and shear-hosted within a meta-sedimentary sequence of meta-arenites and micro-conglomerates, with local granitic intrusions.
  • Mineralisation occurs as moderately to steeply dipping lodes associated with quartz veining and deformation.
  • At M’Basso, multiple mineralised structures are defined over ~2km of strike, from near surface to beyond 200m vertical depth, and remain open along strike and at depth.

October 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate and Exploration Upside

  • The October 2026 Inferred Mineral Resource covers the M’Basso, Ehuasso and Coffee Bean deposits. Yakasse and Ebilassokro are yet to be estimated.
  • The updated Resource was established from only ~2km of strike at M’Basso, within an almost 50km prospective corridor.
  • M’Basso remains open along strike and at depth. Significant areas between and around Coffee Bean and Ehuasso remain comparatively lightly drilled.
  • Gold grades at M’Basso increase with depth, exceeding 2.5g/t Au in the deepest modelled benches, which highlights the potential for higher-grade mineralisation below the current Resource.
  • Future drilling will focus on Zaranou Central, targeting extensions at M’Basso, Coffee Bean and Ehuasso and continuity between them. Regional exploration at Yakasse and Ebilassokro aims to generate further drill targets.

Preliminary Metallurgy

  • 2026 LeachWELL testwork on 16 M’Basso samples (8 oxide, 8 fresh) returned an average gold extraction of 95%, with individual results ranging from 89% to 99%.
  • Earlier testwork at Zaranou returned recoveries of up to 98.7% (oxide) and 99.7% (fresh) using gravity followed by cyanidation (refer ASX announcement 12 November 2025).
  • Results provide encouraging early evidence of favourable leach characteristics across both oxide and fresh material, subject to further detailed testwork.

Previous Exploration

  • Exploration at Zaranou commenced in the mid-2010s and included extensive soil geochemistry, trenching, mapping and drill testing.
  • Soil anomalism is present along the entire 47km strike length, with over 5,850 soil samples available.
  • Historical drilling (2019–2021) comprises aircore (AC), reverse circulation (RC) and diamond (DD) drilling across the Project.
  • Following Skylark’s 2026 M’Basso programme (85 RC holes for 15,888m), the Project database now totals 1,473 holes for ~103,000m:
    • ~59,000m of AC drilling (1,169 holes)
    • ~42,000m of RC drilling (295 holes)
    • ~1,900m of DD drilling (9 holes)
  • The October 2026 MRE is informed by 351 drill holes for ~40,000m intersecting the Resource wireframes.

MAPHAI PROJECT (EARNING UP TO 100%)

  • EL application over 398km2 , just two hours by road from Abidjan
  • Continuation of mineralised trend, 30 km from the Zaranou Project
  • Favourable geological terrane marked by artisanal workings and coherent regional geochemical anomalies.

Geological Setting

  • Underlain by Birimian-age metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks intruded by granitic bodies.
  • Regional structures trend northeast–southwest, hosting numerous gold occurrences across adjacent licences. 

VAVOUA PROJECT (OPTION TO ACQUIRE UP TO 100%)

  • Comprises two contiguous licences Vavoua North and Vavoua South spanning 537km2
  • Located just 20km along strike from the operating Abujar Mine
  • Limited historical work with 8,000m of AC drilling over a small target area returning notable results that included:
    • 2m at 6.4 g/t Au from 27m in hole VAAC00090
    • 2m at 3.6 g/t Au from 28m in hole VAAAC0018
    • 4m at 0.8 g/t Au from 32m in hole VAAC0157

Geological Setting

  • Project area is dominated by folded volcano-sedimentary sequences intruded by syntectonic granitoids and dissected by major north–south-trending shear zones.
  • Structures provide favourable sites for gold mineralisation similar to that seen at Abujar and Yaouré.
